Asian spring rolls

I love Spring Rolls! I could eat them and eat them and never be tired of them. Ok I could probably get tired of them but not for a long time lol You might be scared to make them because they seem hard but I promise they are SUPER easy.

 spring roll wrappers
½ cup rice noodles
½ small cucumber, cut into strips
2 whole green onions, sliced into strips
20 Shrimp,cooked

First things first, you need to get all of your ingredients together and cut.

First you are going to boil water cook your rice noodles. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the noodles are soft, slippery, and translucent. When the noodles are done, rinse them in cold water.  Set aside.

Next, you are going boil and slice the shrimp in half

Next you are going to cut and slice your cucumber. I like to take the seeds out of my cucumber

and slice your onions and lettuce

Now its time to start putting together your roll!!!!!!!!

Fill a large shallow bowl with hot water (hot tap water should be fine). Put the spring roll wrapper in the hot water for about 30 seconds

Next you are going to pile on your lettuce, noodles, cucumber, onion, and shrimp

and roll it all up like a burrito and there you have it. A yummy spring roll!

Goals. Goals are VERY important. No matter if you are making goals for your daily life, education or fitness, goals are very important. For health and fitness, goals are VERY important. Fail to plan, plan to fail.

So starting this month I will be making monthly goals to help me stay on track of my health and be a general better person.

So do you have any goals?
